Shaklee Motivation Rally, glowing je semua

Selesai sudah Motivation Rally Shaklee pada 28 Sept lepas. 

Sebelum bertolak ke SACC ku bergambar dulu ngan anak2.


Walaupun sesak nak cari parking tapi ku gagahi jua utk berjumpa dgn rakan bisnes, sideline dan semua yg daku rasa dekat walaupun kadang tu hanya whatsap saje. 

Gambar di atas adalah antara barisan leader LiSA yg mana kami semua ni sgt rapat antara satu sama lain. Memang jadi  rutin kami bila ada peluang je mesti nak berkumpul sesama... Face to face lebih mesra gitu. Banyak ilmu yg kami timba semasa mendengar sharing drpd 2 leader Master Coordinator yg hebat tu. Byk info yg berguna buat pedoman bisnes kami yg kian berkembang itu. Antara sharing berguna mereka adalah 


Rahsia utk berjaya dlm apa pun bidang yg kita ceburi adalah 




Sebab tu daku tak pernah jemu berkongsi info kesihatan dan suplemen utk semua yg membaca fb mahupun blog ku ini. Rasa teruja dan happy sgt dpt membantu insan lain di luar sana. 

Rata2 yg datang event ini, ada satu yang dapat ku sedari ialah semua kulit mereka ni dah glowing dan  tekstur kulit dah jauh lebih baik daripada yg dahulu... Penangan Colagen Powder yg tengah promo bulan ni lah gamaknya. Contoh terdekat leaderku ini Hasnurul Huda... Glowing kan kan! Cucuku Lin pun sgt sporting join & support kami berdua terina award as Shaklee leader yg efektif! 


Ini pula bergambar dgn mak bisnesku @ upline ku Aishah Amin...makin berseri mukamu Ecah!  


Tapi yg paling best yg mana group lain dok jeling2 manja ialah goodies yg kami dpt drpd  peneraju PAF ialah hadiah yg cantik ini! Suka sgt dpt gifi ini wahai nanny bisnesku Puteri Yusof! 


Mmg terbakar semangat tgk wording ini.. See you in USA 2016! Pasti ku kejar ia.. In Shaa Allah! 

Tapi ada gak yg kurang bestnya..kami makan sgt lambat. Kul 6 lebih baru dining room dan makanan dpt diserve! Ada yg tak tahan nak tunggu makanan.. Anak2 pun dah lapar.. Terpaksa undir diri balik dahulu. Sian ada yang sampai penin2 kepala masuk angin.. Tak makan lunch sebelum datang event. Harap Shaklee boleh improve event ini di lain kali yer.

Temuduga alaf baru

Hari ni nak citer pengalamanku pergi interview di sebuah company yg agak ada nama gak lahh...

Mula2 masuk cam biasa lah.. Pi isi borang segala butir diri, dan ada soalan subjektif utk dipilih dan dijawap dgn bahasa melayu dan bahasa inggeris.. Itu cam biasa je kan. Ada yang luar biasa tau! Tungguuu!!!

Selepas daku di interview oleh 3 orang penting dlm company itu.. Wah, nampaknya semua berjalan sangat lancar.. Ku tanya apa kriteria yg mereka nak utk position ni..jawap 3 orang panel tu.. U have all the criteria that we are looking for! Wah.. Kembang jap! Syukur pengalaman kerja selama 14 thn dari pelbagai company memberiku pengalaman berharga.. Syukur Ya Allah!

Ok ku ingatkan dah boleh balik.. Rupanya daku di recommended utk pergi satu lagi interview..rupanya yg melepasi interview tadi je akan ada interview kedua yang dipanggil Islamic Test!

Haaa... Apakah itu? Islamic test ni adalah interview utk menguji ilmu fardhu ain calon pekerja nyer. Eh of course la position ini tak de kena mengena ngan ustazah ker, penceramah ker.. Tapi adalah position IT related role.

Antara soalan2 nyer:-
1. Sila mengucap dan apa maknanya  bacaan mengucap tadi?
2. Sila istighfar
3. Rukun islam ada berapa dan nyatakan apa dia?
4. Rukun iman ada berapa dan nyatakan apa dia?
5. Sila baca Al-Fatihah
6. Sila baca apa2 surah selain 3 Qul yg anda hafal

Pelik kan.. Ada Islamic test ni. Bagi ku ok lah.. Basic je pun. Leh plak dia tanya daku belajar mengaji kat saper2 ke sbb bacaan tu agak baik. Daku belajar masa sekolah rendah lah.. Ustazah sekolah agama yg ajar. Tidaklah ada guru special pun kan.

Haa.. Itulah yg luar biasa nyer. Interview dgn soalan2 islamic.

Chakri Palace favorite menu, soft shell crab



Hari ni ada dinner project team ku di Chakri Palace, KLCC... Kenyang daku dan yg lain2. Tapi sebelum tu rasa bersalah gak bila tgk menu yg sedap2 itu bakal ditelan oleh daku. Tapi takpe lah sekali sekala....Balik kena telan Phytocol ST, Lecithin dan Omega Guard sekali gus ni. Kasi bakar lemak dan pendinding kepada kolesterol jahat itu.

Tapi nak citer gak menu yg sedap sgt2 kat sini masa dinner semalam. Soft shell crab dgn kuah lemak kuning yg meletops itu.. Sat lagi nak check it out apa nama sebenar menu ni. Mmg bila makan rasa nak makan dan makan lagi! Tambah pulak daku mmg fav soft shell crab ni.

Tgh makan2 hubby tanya nak balik kul baper ni.. Aduh.. Potong stim tul
Nak makann.. Terbantut jap.. Tapi kena patuh gak ckp suami kann.. Aku amik dessert sikit.. Pastu ku bagi speech paling pendek kat project team seluruhnya dgn ucapan

Eat well then.. Work well ok!!!

Senang dan byk isi tersirat ngan ucapan pendek itu!



Apa lagi dakupun jalan cam kipas kudung lah.. Nak balik cepat nyer pasal.. Yang pentingg kenyang makan dinner orang belanja.

Water infusion, air untuk detoks,


Air detoks yg patut korang amalkan hari2... Mmg daku dah 2 hari minum air detoks ini.. Mmg berkesan asyik nak ke toilet je buang segala toksin dlm badan! Rasa air sgt best & menyegarkan.. Kalau sesaper yg susah nak minum air kosong 2 liter tu.. Ini mungkin penyelesaian terbaik buat anda.

Apa resipi nyer? Senang sangat nak buat Ok! Meh daku ajarkan...



Bahan-bahan nya:-
1. Sebiji lemon
2. 3 biji limau kasturi
3. 1/2 batang timun
4. Sebesar ibu jari halia
5. 2 tangkai daun pudina

Cara-cara nya:-
1. Ambil bekas air bersaiz 2 lit air
2. Potong semua bahan2 tadi
3. Picitkan lemon & limau kasturi tadi dan masukkan dlm bekas air
4. Masukkan semua bahan tadi
5. Letakkan air dlm bekas air hinnga penuh
6. Masukkan dlm peti ais. Biarkan semalaman. Seeloknya buat waktu malam dan esok pagi dah boleh minum... Mmg refreshing sgt rasanya.. Highly recommended!!!

Tips: Bahan2 ini boleh digunakan selama 2 hari.. Cuma tambah air je utk dpt rasanya yer. Bahan2 ni ku biarkan dlm peti ais.. Ambil je airnya selepas dibiarkan semalaman itu. 

Cubalah yer.. Mmg detoks sgt.. Asyik nak buang air kecil je daku dibuatnya! Love it!

3 Simple Ways to Build Consistency
Because Consistency is the Key to Success!

You don’t have to be an expert to figure out that consistency is pretty essential to successfully change your life, your health, and your weight. But it’s also pretty clear that building a consistent routine of regular exercise and healthy eating is not an easy thing to do.

You start off the day with the best intentions—to exercise, track all your food, and make healthy choices. But then life happens. One of the kids is sick, the babysitter is late, the snowplow blocked your driveway, the boss asks you to work overtime, or any one of a hundred other surprises that can really wreck your day. Before you know it, your plan is in trouble and your prospects for "sticking to it" aren’t looking very good. In fact, things are probably going to get worse as the day goes on. By the end of the day, you have no energy left for exercise, and the task of preparing a healthy meal feels like a big burden when what you really want is a break. Something has to give.

More often than not, "what gives" is your plan to exercise and eat right. When it’s hard to do everything, the things most likely to go undone are those that don’t affect or involve anyone but you—especially if those things aren’t exactly your favorite things to do anyway.

So how do you change this pattern? With the three rules for building consistency.

These three simple rules, when followed faithfully, will make it easier for you to be consistent with your healthy lifestyle habits—even on the toughest days.

Rule #1: Never tell yourself “I’m not motivated.”
That’s not the real problem, unless you really don’t want to lose weight or live a healthy lifestyle. As long as you do want these things, you have all the motivation you need.

It may be true that sometimes you don’t want to exercise, or that you really want to stop and get fast food rather than cooking dinner. That’s understandable, but it doesn’t mean you’re not motivated. It just means that you want two different and opposing things, and you have to make a decision. Telling yourself that you lack motivation is just a way of denying that you really do have a choice. It makes the problem seem mysterious and out of your control, and it makes you feel less powerful than you really are, because you lack something (the motivation) you need. Not true!

In the long run you’ll do better if you acknowledge that the choice is yours to make. You can choose either option, without making excuses or inventing a theory like “lack of motivation” to justify it. Then, pay attention to how you feel about the choice you made, and decide whether that is how you want to feel most of the time.

Being consistent does not mean being perfect. (There are going to be days when you decide to do something other than stick to your exercise and diet routine, and that’s fine.) But becoming consistent does mean giving yourself the power to choose.

Rule #2: Build momentum one step at a time.
It’s never easy to change old habits or start new routines. Studies show that it takes anywhere from 21 to 40 days to really turn a new behavior into a persistent habit. And during that time, you’re going to have to work at it pretty diligently—even when you don’t feel like it.

The key to long term consistency is building momentum. The hardest part is always getting things started. But once you’re moving, staying in motion and picking up speed becomes a lot easier. There are a lot of ways you can gradually build momentum during those first few weeks. Here are some examples:
Start with something that’s pretty easy to manage and build up from there. Set a goal of one 10-minute exercise session per week. Then increase it to two 10-minute sessions. Gradually add minutes to each workout (and eventually add one or more additional workouts to your week), until you're exercising as long and as frequently as you should in order to reach your goals. The simple act of setting aside some time for exercise every day, no matter how little, and sticking to it is enough to start building the habit.
Find an accountability buddy—someone who knows about your plan and is willing to give you a push when you feel like slacking off.
Join a Team or Challenge here at SparkPeople. It’s always harder to let someone else down than it is to let yourself off the hook.
Employ an excuse buster. Find a friend, family member, or SparkPeople member whose judgment and opinion you respect. Each time you find yourself thinking about skipping an exercise session or blowing your meal plan, write down the reason for your choice. Share this reason with your excuse buster and get her honest opinion about whether the reason for your choice is reasonable or just an excuse. You’ll probably find that this makes it a lot harder for you to believe your own rationalizations.

Rule #3: Always have a plan B.
Because life is unpredictable and complicated, you need to have plan B ready—even before you actually need it. Plan B is an alternative way to stay consistent with your goals when your regular routine (or something else) doesn’t work out as planned. Obviously, you can’t foresee every single problem that might come up. But most of the time, the things that get in your way are things that happen fairly often—like kids getting sick, extra hours at work, or days when you just don’t feel very energetic. Those surprises won't throw you off track if you plan ahead. For example, have a friend or family member lined up to stay with your kids so you can make it to the gym; stock your freezer with some healthy meals when you're short on time; stash your exercise clothes at the office for a quick workout when you can't get away.

Put a little time into identifying the most common problems that disrupt your healthy routine, and plan (in advance) what you can do to handle these problems without sacrificing your diet and exercise routine. Then all you’ll have to do is put your plan B into action.


Following these three simple rules will help you overcome some common obstacles while building the momentum you need to stay consistent. At the very least, you’ll be able to take all those lemons that life hands you, and make some good (and diet-friendly) lemonade out of them.

Cara pengambilan set menyusu Shaklee


Cara pengambilan set optimum penyusuan susu ibu

1) ESP will make u feel full....normally take before breakfast and before dinner. take 2 spoon and you can add plain water/juice/milo..make sure with cold or
room temp water. Do not use hot water because it will damage all the vitamins inside.

2) Vita-Lea & B-Complex can take after meal - one tablet per day. Normally I take after lunch.

3) Alfalfa - After meal 2 times. I take after lunch and dinner. Each time 2 tablets.

4) Ostematrix - Take 2 tablets before bed

5) Sustain Released Vitamin C- take anytime with food 1 tablet only.

Semga berjaya menyusukan anak anda selama 2 tahun seperti daku!

2 bulan sblm bercerai susu, set menyusu Shaklee




Sudah hampair 1 thn 10 bulan anakku ini minum susu ibu sepenuhnya... Lum campur susu formula lagi si buah hatiku ini. Tapi bulan depan kena try try susu formula yg mana sesuai utkmu sayang. Cukup 2 thn.. Kita bercerai susu yer wahai anak..

Cabaran bekerja sbg freelance consultant comes Project Manager

Cabaran demi cabaran di dalam dunia korporat kini.. Tapi semua ni cabaran yg mendewasakan.. Tak tempuh tak tahu kita ni strong atau tidak kann.

Nukilan sebagai freelance consultant.. Satu hari di hari yg mencabar.. Tapi berjaya ku tempuh semuanya..

Seandainya dikau tahu bagaimana ku dicampak utk survive role yg ku pegang skrg tanpa satu guideline pun... Ko akan tahu bagaimana ku cuba utk jadi yg terbaik, ku cuba sehabis baik tanpa ku sedar ada mata yg memerhati dan mencercaku dari belakang. Ku jua tak minta diberi insan yg mempunyai hidden agenda di kalangan project team ku sendiri..ku gagahi jua walau ku tahu dikau tetap mencerca dan minta ku jatuh dan terus terduduk. Daku pasrah sebab ku ikhlas kerja untukmu Allah.
Tapi sedikit masa lagi cercaan mu itu akan terhenti kerna ku menuju pada sesuatu yg lebih baik untukku dan kehidupanku.. In Shaa Allah! Yg pasti, daku byk belajar dan pasti ku jadikan pedoman utk bekalan di masa hadapan.

Terima kasih cabaran ini menjadikan daku lebih kuat dan takkan menyerah kalah!

Keloid tebal hitam, kini tiada lagi, colagen efek

Keloid yg tebal & hitam kini tiada lagi.... Best kan!


Keloid ku itu bermula 4 thn yg lepas masa bersalin anak pertama dulu... Ku tgk cermin bila terpandang scar itu..  Ishh menci tau sbb huduh dgn keloid yg hitam dan tebal. Sampaikan daku terfikir nak kumpul duit utk laserkan keloid huduh itu.


Tapi bila anakku cecah 3 thn lebih,  daku mula berjinak dgn Shaklee .. Mula set nyusu jer ku consume.. Tapi bila dpt bonus bertambahh.. Ku up amik Colagen Powder secara konsisten. Mulanya mmg utk kesihatan kulit ku yg pori2 terbuka dan ada tona kulit tidak sekata.. Tanpa ku sedari keloidku itu makin hari makin improved rupa fizikalnya.. Warna kulit yg hitam di situ menjadi cerah dan makin menipis keloid itu. Daku sendiri takjub ngan kesannya! Wahh makin cantik kawasan itu.. Tiada lagi keloid tebal dan hitam yg menghantui daku setiap kali terpandang area itu di depan cermin! Wah wah happy  dan teruja!

Daku tunjuk kat hubby.. Dia siap ckp, haa baru lah cantik.. Naper tak makan dari awal lagi?

Mmg awesome lah kesan Colagen pada scar ceaserean ku! Takkan ku skip colagen ini...sgt suka efeknya!

It is a result of an overgrowth of granulation tissue (collagen type 3) at the site of a healed skin injury which is then slowly replaced by collagen type 1. Keloids are firm, rubbery lesions or shiny, fibrousnodules, and can vary from pink to the colour of the patient's flesh or red to dark brown in colour. A keloid scar isbenign and not contagious, but sometimes accompanied by severe itchiness, pain,[2] and changes in texture. In severe cases, it can affect movement of skin. Keloid scars are seen 15 times more frequently in highly pigmented ethnic groups than in Caucasians.

Saya ni mmg suka buat eksperimen kat kulit muka sendiri terutama bila kita tahu sumber produk drpd sumber natural sahaja.. Selain utk dijadikan suplemen, yg mana ada elemen kecantikan kulit pasti ku tepek2 buat mask di muka.

Sehari di I-City water park, tips anda perlu tahu di I-City water park

Satu hari di I City Water Park...

Disebabkan takde kereta.. Masuk workshop, ku ajak adikku Yana temankan kami.. Hihi.. Bijak je berfikir nak bawak anak2 berjalan walau tgh patah kaki takde kereta. Adikku sporting je, takde plan apa2.. Jom lah!

Sblm pergi ku dah siap2 baca blog pengunjung yg pernah ke sana... Sgt informative. Buka kul 10 pagi jika cuti sekolah dan public holiday... So kami dah siap2 dari awal nak kesana pagi2.. So kurang panas lah nanti. Adoilah hujan renyai2 plak..  Anakku Ozeir dah merengek2 if tak dpt gi..  Ku harap hujan sekejap je lah.. Syukur doakan termakbul hujan dah benti. Apa lagi ku terus bertolak ke ICity water park...sblm tu ku singgah speed mart utk beli sedikit makanan dan air. Hihi... Kat rumah tadi dah ku suruh bibik gorengkan samosa, drummet dan wedges utk anak2. Walaupun ku tahu, outside food is not allowed. Ada tips di sini, letakkan makanan dan minuman anda di tempat paling dalam di beg anda dan diselindung ngan baju2/towel anda.. Dan letakkan pakaian dalaman di atas.. Sure org yg periksa beg tu takkan nak check giler2.. Dia pun naik malu ada pakaian dalaman first sekali diorang tgk bila buka beg tu. Pastu bila dia tanya, ada makanan ke tak, ckp oh takde.. Dgn konfidennya. Daku beri tips especially anak2 kita yg cerewet makan ni.. Nak hidup! Lagipun makanan kat dalam tu agak mahal la jugak.

Pasal parking, agak limited di depan water park entrance tu... So kena jalan jauh sikit kat proper parking bertingkat di G. Oklah, janji keta terpelihara.. Parking di tempat sepatutnya.


Ok.. Harga tiket. Dewasa dgn My Card rm35. Kanak2 with MyKid RM25. Anakku yg belum cukup 2 thn tu.. Free admission. Pastu senang utk security sewalah locker yer..RM5. Disebabkan daku sewa locker, daku di mestikan beli I City card. Segala bentuk pembelian makanan dan minuman pun kena pakai kad ni.. Reload duit dulu kat dlm & anda leh guna. I City Card ni RM2. So daku dah ada makanan dan minuman, tak yah reload lah dulu. Kunci locker tu canggih gaklah.. Pakai censor je.. Dan kita pakai cam gelang kat pergelangan tangan.

Kids area mmg happening.. Anak2 ku enjoy sgt! Cuma water game yg sgt mencabar tu hanya sesuai utk ketinggian 120 cm keatas je. Hampa Ozeir tak dpt main. Daku tgk pun seriau.. Seramm. Lagi satu yg bestnya, pelampung adalah free utk digunakan.

Kami dok dalam tu dlm 4 jam lebih jugaklah.. Sampai kecut2 tangan.. Janji anak2 happy... Mommy pun happy!

Oklah masa utk pulang, masa pulangkan kunci locker, org tu ckp dpt free ride naik ikan paus kat luar.. Ozeir lah yg ku suruh gi. Mulanya dia berani.. Bila sampai area gelap, takut gak anakku.. Hihi..cuak je muka sambil minta tolong kat uncle sebab gelap. Hihi


Balik je umah mama, anak2 ku pengsan kepenatan.. Tido lah kita.

Tapi happy dpt gembirakan hati anak2. Love the moments!
