For women:
206 - (age X 88%) = max heart rate
E.g 206 - (38 X 88%) = 206 - 33
So max heart rate ku = 173
Ada fitbit leh monitor heartrate during exercise.. Mudah sikit!
For man:
220 - (age X 88%) = max heart rate
🍋Burn fat should be 70-90% from max heart rate🍋
Another tips:
🍒kalau nak rehat in between exercise, kalau perlu.. pastikan antara 60-70% beat rate..maksudnya jangan lama2 rehat 😅...20-30 minit dalam 70-90% cukup utk really burn baby burn! 💪
