Kenapa kita rasa sangat lapar?

If u are trying to eat clean!

Food serves a purpose: to give u nourishment and energy to go about your day. So use it as such. 

Be aware of what you put past your lips...being a mindful eater.

Mulakan dgn tips di bawah ni utk menjadi seorang yg mindful and with intuition:-
1. Perlahankan pace korang mengunyah, lebih baik kunyah selama 40 kali kunyahan..mati la mak kalau ada anak kecik..suh hubby jaga seketika.. i need me time with my food

2. Tune in to your body's hunger clue 



3. Jauhkan tabiat makan di depan komputer, tv atau mkn ketika memandu kerna masa ini akan melekakan korang & sedar2 korang mkn dgn kuantiti yg byk

4. Pilih makanan yg korang suka tapi berkhasiat

Use this hunger scale



Use this simple scale to rate your hunger:-

🌷eat only when u are in the 3 to 4 range
🌷u don't need to eat at 1 or 2
🌷u are likely to overeat or make poor food choices bcoz u are so ravenous at 5 or 6
