Cam ner nak tahu exercise yg kita buat can effectively burn fat? 😍For women:206 - (age X 88%) = max heart rateE.g 206 - (38 X 88%) = 206 - 33So max heart rate ku = 173Ada fitbit leh monitor heartrate during exercise.. Mudah sikit! For man:220 - (age X 88%) = max heart rate🍋Burn fat should be 70-90% from max heart rate🍋Another tips:🍒kalau nak rehat in between exercise, kalau perlu.. pastikan antara 60-70% beat rate..maksudnya jangan lama2...
